Complaint and grievance routes

This page helps you find official channels. It is not an HKBU complaint portal, does not send reports, and does not store allegations.

Do not describe a sensitive incident here

For sexual harassment, discrimination, violence, retaliation, self-harm, possible criminal conduct, or urgent safety concerns, contact the verified official route directly.

Do not route a concern to the person concerned

If the first person in a general sequence is the subject of your concern, use the next appropriate official level or ask the Office of Student Affairs to advise on the route.
